Bin Ghaith joined in the world of Travel and Tourism on 1996 trying to make use of experiments of others and avoid all negative aspects which may obstract delivery of the ideal service to our customers.

Our branches serve a selected category of customers in Riyadh (the head office) Jeddah and Hail besides our customers from the other regions. Along with progress of communication means, we can say that our location is the globe and our services reach everywhere, everytime.

Bin Ghaith Travel Agency concentrates on service quality provided and maintains customers continuity more than concentrates on spread through many branches. Therefore, we aren't in hurry to open other branches which may affect our service standard.

We aren't proud of our branches number but we are proud of distinct services we offer.

Also, we aren't proud of a special section of VIP customers because all our customers are VIP and we try to satisfy them completely.

Our experience in travel and tourism isn't measured with number of years but with achievements. Within the last 14 years, by God's help then with the good reputation which was achieved and maintained through our good customers, we could:

• Achieve the fifth position (among 120 agencies) for Saudia sales in Riyadh for many years.
• One of the first ten agencies (among 150 agencies) for sales of some foreign airlines in Riyadh City for many years also.
